Motion 1: Standing Resolution 4. To change our Monthly Meeting Venue in 2027 to Geebung RSL, Cnr. Newman Rd & Collings St., Geebung. The Meeting Fee of $12.00pp will remain unchanged for the foreseeable future.

Motion 2: Standing Resolution 7. Increase our Membership ceiling from 105 to 115 members.

Motion 3: Standing Resolution 22. To clarify the wording of the Standing Resolution to give clearer information on when payments should be made and when refunds may be given. See the proposed new wording on page 4 of the October 2026 edition of the Norbris News.
